- Structural Engineering
Our structural engineering services include the analysis and design of low-rise structures across a range of materials, including concrete, steel, timber, aluminium, and masonry. We provide Form 15 and Form 12 for design and inspection of structures. We offer our services in the areas of:

- carport/shed/garage designs
- load bearing assessments
- retaining wall designs

- Seismic Design
Seismic design is crucial to ensuring that buildings can withstand the lateral forces generated by earthquakes. Our focus on the seismic designs related to lateral restraints of mechanical services that include ducts, cable trays, etc. Poor structural resistance can lead to significant damage, loss of life, and major economic disruption.
We collaborate with the Builder to carry out seismic bracing requirements during tender stage and provide Form 15. We also carry out inspections which enable to provide Form 12.
- Water Leaks Investigations and Reports
We carry out investigations to identiy the cause of the water leaks, provide engineering report and advise on the remediation strategies. Leaks are generally observed in:
- Podiums leaking into basement carparks
- Windows and doors leaking into unit inside
- Roof leaking into unit below
- Planters damaging waterproofing membrane
Our clients include individual house owners, Body Corporates, Strata Managers and Builders. As part of waterproofing works, we also can provide reports on crack repairs, concrete spalling, facade repairs, etc
